Requirements:
Candidates do not need to have any prerequisites for the ITIL Foundations course. The total study duration with each ITIL course below exceeds the 18 hour required minimum and includes study guides, quizzes, and an official sample exam. An exam syllabus is provided to all registered students.

activities involved in Service Agreements and Offerings. The course
prepares delegates for the ITIL® Capabilities examination in Service

ITIL Managing Lifecycle

Better, his teaching style was relaxed and informal, which lessened the feelings of impending doom about the exam we were about to undertake.
