Requirements:
Candidates do not need to have any prerequisites for the ITIL® Foundations course. The total study duration with each ITIL® course below exceeds the 18 hour required minimum and includes study guides, quizzes, and an official sample exam. An exam syllabus is provided to all registered students.

ITIL® Planning, Protecting & Optimizing

The purpose of this boot camp is to obtain knowledge on ITIL® concepts and terminology. It looks at activities that may be implemented to enhance the quality of IT service management within an organization and enables students to understand the concepts, processes, functions and activities involved in Service Agreements and Offerings.  The course prepares delegates for the ITIL® Capabilities examination in Service Agreements and Offerings.

ITIL® Managing Lifecycle

Intense School’s ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle Boot Camp The purpose of this boot camp is to obtain knowledge on ITIL® concepts and terminology.
