This Boot Camp will prepare qualified Microsoft professionals to earn the MCITP Enterprise Support Technician certification. The MCITP Enterprise Support Technician credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end-users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running the Microsoft Windows operating system.
This program is truly dual purpose: for cutting-edge skills development, we provide you with expert instruction and our Intense School brand of hands-on Labs that are accelerated and based on real-world scenarios; for test-preparation, you will practice sample questions and take simulated exams using Intense School’s time-tested proprietary practice exams. Our four (4) day intense Official MCITP Enterprise Support Technician Boot Camp provides helpdesk professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively trouble shoot operating system and application issues on Windows Vista desktops. This is an accelerated immersion course, designed for computer professionals that require effective, real-world skill-building and timely certification.
Each student will work on hands-on troubleshooting exercises. Evening Sessions are not mandatory, but our world-class instructors are there to see the concepts of the day are reinforced through proper self paced exercises and practice materials.
The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support MCITP Enterprise Support Technician candidates are required to pass two core exams.
