You will receive four (4) Intense Days of Hands-on training focused on providing the necessary skills and knowledge for Help Desk Professionals to competently handle technical support issues on Windows Vista computers!  

This Boot Camp will prepare qualified Microsoft professionals to earn the MCITP Enterprise Support Technician certification.  The MCITP Enterprise Support Technician credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end-users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Professional Exams and Certifications
The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support MCITP Enterprise Support Technician candidates are required to pass two core exams.  The MCITP Enterprise Support Technician credential will not retire with the release of Windows Vista certifications; it will continue to be supported by Microsoft and valued by employers and decision makers who use Microsoft Windows Vista.

Who Should Attend
Candidates for the MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician credential have expertise in deploying Windows Vista, managing security, and troubleshooting network issues. They have three years of experience as a tier-2 or lead desktop support technician.
