You will receive two and a half (2.5) Intense Days of Hands-on training focused on providing the necessary skills and knowledge for Help Desk Professionals to competently handle configuration issues on Windows XP computers!
This Boot Camp will prepare qualified Microsoft professionals to earn the MCP: Supporting XP certification. The MCP: Supporting XP credential proves that you have the skills to successfully support end-users and to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
This program is truly dual purpose: for cutting-edge skills development, we provide you with expert instruction and our Intense School brand of hands-on Labs that are accelerated and based on real-world scenarios; for test-preparation, you will practice sample questions and take simulated exams using Intense School’s time-tested proprietary practice exams.
