Each student will design their own SQL 2008 Server solutions, configure multi-server connections, and engage in complex troubleshooting exercises that increase pass rates and build Exchange Administration skills. Professional Exams and Certifications
Intense School’s Official MCITP Database Administrator 2008 Boot Camp extensively prepares students for the following Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist exams:

  • Exam 70-450: PRO: Designing, Optimizing, and Maintaining a Database Administrative Solution using Microsoft SQL Server 2008

Experienced database admins who have already earned the MCITP: Database Administrator, SQL Server 2005 certification, will take one upgrade exam instead of the two exams listed above:

  • Exam 70-453: Upgrade: Transition Your MCITP SQL Server 2005 DBA to MCITP SQL Server 2008

By testing and passing both exams onsite during the boot camp, you will achieve the following premium certification:

Who Should Attend
The audience for this course includes people with experience administering, supporting or designing relational databases and a working knowledge of Transact-SQL.

People coming into the course are expected to have at least
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system and its core functionality.
• Working knowledge of Transact-SQL.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Some experience with database design.
