Want to make sure that you receive the coveted CCENT Certification by the end of the program? By upgrading your program to include the exam pass guarantee, Intense School will pay for your re-tests for up to 3 months after your class has ended.
Intense School's Premium Exam Pass Guarantee Upgrade provides you with the following components and tools:

- Our Lead Cisco Instructor, will call you within 78 hours of your purchase, and help customize your pre-class study plan so that you arrive on Day One of class primed for success
- Your Expert Mentor will tell you exactly what to read, watch and do prior to class, providing you with a guide through the Video-based Online Expert materials, as well as assigning you specific assignments to help you keep on track for success
- Your expert mentor will set up Web Meetings with you to discuss key topics in small groups prior to class, such as break-out sessions featuring Subnetting Basics, or Fundamental command line familiarity

So how does the Exam Pass Guarantee work?
All students that purchase the upgrade package must complete the following requirements to qualify for the guarantee:
- Students must complete 10 hours of pre-class learning spent on the provided Online Expert LMS, going through the videos, the lessons, the assessments and the labs
- Students must achieve a 90% on all of the pre-class study quizzes through provided online expert LMS. These questions are fundamentals level, and very achievable given the mentor support and the other materials.
- Students must spend at least 2 hours prior to class using our Live Online Cisco vRack: we provide you with Labs and remote access to a router/switch pod.
- Students must attend all 6 days of the boot camp, with your undivided attention. This means no emailing during class, no excessive breaks, and mandatory attendance during the evening sessions.
- Between exam attempts, students must show activity prior to re-taking exam via the following means:
- Activity on our practice exams (just screen capture your results and email to the mentor)
- Use of the the Live Online Cisco vRack (this is tracked)
- Working actively with your mentor
- To encourage successful completion of the certification process the student that qualifies for the Exam Pass Guarantee has up to 3 months following the last day of their initial class to take the exam again and pass if they failed the initial exam at the boot camp
- Eligibility for the Exam Pass Guarantee will be granted provided the student is in compliance/adherence to all above requirements and must be approved by your expert mentor and Student Services.
