Payment, Reschedule, Refund, & Cancellation Policy for Individual & Corporate Students
Early Bird Promotion Terms & Conditions- For Corporate Students Only
- Standard cancellation and reschedule policies may apply along with the loss of promotional discount.

- Student must completed course within 12 months of initial registration.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other special offer.
- Vigilar reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
- Void where prohibited by company or government policy; this promotion is valid for Corporate Students only.
To Be Determined (TBD) Registrations- For Corporate Students Only:
- In the event that you need to reschedule your training and have been unable to select a date you are permitted to move your registration to TBD status.
- TBD registrations are valid for 12 months from the transaction date.
- You must select a valid class date within the allowable 12 month period or your registration becomes invalid and you forfeit any funds paid.
- TBD registrations must be paid in full at the point of registration.
Payment Policy: All invoices are in U.S. Dollars. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Payments via check must be drawn on a U.S. Bank Account
International payments with non-U.S. banks may be made via credit card and/or Wire transfer. Payment must be made in advance of your training with the exception of Purchase Orders, in which the terms of the PO apply.
Rescheduled classes will incur a $50 rescheduling fee plus any applicable charges such as amenities, pre-study material, books, and supplies; see fee table for costs.
Student Registration Policy
Students must register for any class with corporate sponsorship. Intense School does not allow students who are individual consumers to register for courses.
Student has three (3) business days after purchase to cancel class attendance without incurring any fees. After that, if cancellation occurs, student will be responsible for paying rescheduling fees as described above if student wishes to reschedule. If student is not rescheduling, full cancellation fees will be 20% if class is scheduled to begin outside of 30 days, 50% if class is scheduled to begin in 15-30 days, and the full 100% course fee if cancellation occurs within 15 days.
Should a student withdraw and cancel after 40% of the program has elapsed, no refund for tuition or fees will be given.
No Show Fee
Student forfeitures full price including tuition and all applicable fees.
Resit Policy: Students are entitled to “free tuition” to re-sit the same class type for up to on full year after the completion of the original training date. Students are responsible for the cost of hotel, meals, exam vouchers, courseware, books, pre-study material and/or administrative fees.
All Intense School courses are copyrighted. Any unauthorized duplication is not allowed. It is illegal to re-sell and re-distribute Intense School courseware without previous written agreement from Intense School.

When registering by phone, mention any special accommodations you require in order to attend the courses listed on our schedule. When registering by mail or fax, please attach a letter with your registration form explaining your needs.
Classroom Based Registration Information
Classroom Based Course Tuition:
Tuition covers all Intense School proprietary course materials and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses you may incur are not included.
Classroom Based Cancellation and Substitution Policy:
Student has three (3) business days after purchase to cancel class attendance without incurring any fees. After that, if cancellation occurs, student will be responsible for paying a $50 registration fee plus any applicable charges such as amenities, pre-study material, books, supplies, and hotel room charges; see fee table for costs.
We believe we offer the best possible training. If during the first day of your Classroom-Based course you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, notify the instructor, return all course materials, and receive a 100% refund, less any applicable fees. All training materials must be returned to the instructor in like new condition at the time of withdrawal. If you cancel your reservation by email less than 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, you may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Cancellation and reschedule fees will apply.
Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. A fee may be added where applicable. To avoid penalties you must request a substitution by providing Intense School with written notice through email to email@example.com
at least 15 business days prior to the start date of the course.
Boot Camp Payment, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy
: The Boot Camp Substitution and Cancellation Policy is the same as listed above, however if student materials have been provided when any cancellation occurs, an additional $250 fee will be charged.
Classroom Based Pre-Study Materials:
LMS = Issued upon registration to Customers that purchase the CCNA Premium Package. Access is good for 30 days from issuance.
Course Schedule: Business Classroom-Based courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 5:30 p.m. each day; however, please note Boot Camps and Business Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening. Inquire for specific details.
Intense School courses are for professional development and existing corporate or government employees. In most states, we require all students to have a corporate sponsor.
If you wish to attend one of the course offerings, please contact the person in charge of employee training and development usually located within human resources or talent services. You may be asked to provide a signed letter approving you for this training by your employer, also stating that you will not be required to provide payment back to the company or restrictions based on continued employment.
