Payment Policy: Payment in full must be received prior to you attending the first day of class. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and U.S. Government credit cards. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. Prepayment is required from you if enroll/live outside the United States. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Copyright Infringement: All Intense School courses are copyrighted. Any unauthorized duplication is not allowed. It is illegal to re-sell and re-distribute Intense School courseware without previous written agreement from Intense School.

Americans with Disabilities Act: When registering by phone, mention any special accommodations you require in order to attend the courses listed on our schedule. When registering by mail or fax, please attach a letter with your registration form explaining your needs.

Classroom Based Registration Information

Classroom Based Course Tuition: Tuition covers all Intense School proprietary course materials, snacks, and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses you may incur are not included.

Classroom Based Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

We believe we offer the best possible training. If during the first day of your Classroom-Based course you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, notify the instructor, return all course materials, and receive a 100% refund, less any applicable fees. All training materials must be returned to the instructor in like new condition at the time of withdrawal. If you cancel your reservation by email less than 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, you may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Cancellation and reschedule fees will apply.

Failure to attend the course without written notification to the email studentservices@intenseschool.com at least one business day prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Please see our cancellation policy for all other applicable fees.

Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. A fee may be added where applicable. To avoid penalties you must request a substitution by providing Intense School with written notice through email to studentservices@intenseschool.com at least 15 business days prior to the start date of the course.

Boot Camp Payment, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy: The Boot Camp Substitution and Cancellation Policy is the same as listed above, however if student materials have been provided when any cancellation occurs, an additional $250 fee will be charged.

Resits: All re-sits are subject to administrative, courseware, and pre-study material fees. All hotel, meal and test voucher(s) costs are the responsibility of the student.

Classroom Based Pre-Study Materials:

LMS = Issued upon registration to Customers that purchase the CCNA Premium Package.  Access is good for 90 days from issuance.

Course Schedule: Business Classroom-Based courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 5:30 p.m. each day; however, please note Boot Camps and Business Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening. Inquire for specific details.

Self-Paced Product Guarantee:

All Self-Paced Products are produced and fulfilled by Intense School's partner Learn Key, Inc.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact a Learn Key customer service representative at 1-800-865-0165 and they will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund (less shipping costs). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted.

To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that no more than the first session of any course or product be opened or viewed. All Discs, DVDs, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition.

Your return must be received by LearnKey within 30 days of the LearnKey invoice date. LearnKey reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where more than the first session of any course or product has been opened or viewed.
